Släpp Förbi Mig (2022)
The exhibition and the book "Ask me instead" is about conversation climate. It includes interviews with 20 famous and unknown people with the questions "Which questions are you tired of and what would you like to be asked instead?".
This project was initiated at Konstkupan a project initiated by IM (Individuell Människohjälp) with participants Hend Eldesouky (text), Regina Mosch (text), Lamia Karic (photo & text) and Faryad Mortazavi (text). Atoosa Farahmand, editor-in-chief of the book and Oscar Hagberg, art director, have since August 2020 continued the project on a non-profit basis. The project resulted in an exhibition that was displayed until 15th November 2022 at Hammarkullen art gallery.
In collaboration with Blå Stället and Hammarkullen Konsthall, during the autumn holidays, six high school students were given the task of spinning on the exhibition's theme - doing their own interviews and together creating a magazine to take over the book "Ask me instead" and make a new version of it with their perspectives. The result is a publication "Let me go" on 80 pages that will be released in November 2022.
